Wim Delvoye

16/02/2012

As announced previously, we have designed the book published to accompany an exhibition of Wim Delvoye’s work at the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) in Australia.

Working in close collaboration with Wim’s studio we designed a square book which comes packaged in a cardboard presentation box. Drawing inspiration from Delvoye’s interest in digestion and ephemeral design, the box makes subtle reference to pizza boxes. Contrasting with the throwaway box material, the book cover features one of the Double Helix series printed on foil paper.

The 200 page book features an essay by Bernard Marcadé, a foreword by MONA owner David Walsh, plus images of works included in the exhibition and a few landmark pieces.
